Our south-facing slope with a pebbly soil on a schist substratum enables us to produce a Chardonnay de Terroir. La Côte 2021 is a blend of concrete tanks, stainless steel and French oak barrels to produce a complex, well-balanced wine.
Oenologist's note
Pale color with green highlights. On the nose, aromas of apricot, white apple blossom, gunflint and almonds combine to create a delicate olfactory experience. The attack on the palate is lively and frank, with an elegance that continues throughout the tasting. The finish is saline, adding a touch of gourmandise to every sip. Chardonnay 2021 is a wine of character that will delight lovers of fine, elegant white wines.
