Versant Blanc comes from vineyard plots on the southwest and southeast slopes of our estate, on schist and pebble soils offering the best of Rougemont terroir.
Oenologist's note
The blend of Frontenac Blanc and Vidal has a light yellow color with gray-green highlights. The nose offers aromas of pears, peaches and exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango. There are also hints of brioche and bread. On the palate, a lively attack of freshness and citrus fruits is followed by a full, mineral mid-palate offering fine balance.
