Pinot Gris 2021 is an exceptional wine made using a combination of concrete vats and wooden foudres to create a complex, balanced wine. On the nose, notes of green apple, citrus, iodine and salt intermingle to create a unique bouquet. The texture on the palate is rich and generous, with balanced acidity offering a deliciously long, persistent finish.
