Ingredients:

- 1 pork tenderloin, 500 grams, cubed
(or 2 250-gram chicken breasts)

500 grams haloumi cheese, cubed

3 tablespoons lemon juice

The zest of a lemon

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pita bread

Sliced tomatoes and lettuce

Tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges
Instructions :
Place all ingredients in a bowl and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Prepare brochettes, alternating meat and haloumi cheese. Cook the brochettes on the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked. Serve with pitas, lettuce, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce and lemon wedges.
