Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 5 cm piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 cup olive oil
Instructions :
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Mix well and marinate your beef flank steak for 12 to 24 hours.
